Drop the ball(s)

Not many people can can say that dropped the ball as a sports pun & get away with it, but Daniel can or Danielle rather as he posed for another selfie to one of his many teammates, was the real MVP in his team. They guarded him & keep him well payed more than most players, but he got greedy. Too greedy for his own good. Now he's been given a choice to remain on the team or be banned from the NBA indefinite by any & all forms of the sport. Like anybody trying to get out of trouble he agreed to cut a deal & gave the names to the President, CEO's & COO's of the NBA selling out all those below them. This wasn't to say there wasn't gonna be any consequences for his actions in taking parts with gambling. Sure he'd avoid jail time & be able to continue playing, but not like before. He'd be playing for the love of the game like all rookies would, but from the sidelines as of the of the Golden State Warrior's Cheerleaders & head cheerleader at that. The people up top didn't want their MVP to be in bad publicity so when the papers were blindly signed with Daniel's John Hancock, he literally signed his own away. Now as Danielle is in the public limelight as a trans woman rooting for his former teammates in the sidelines as he became even more popular & practically untouchable by those he wronged over. His life was spared & all, but his ass was still not tight with the team after his gambling issues caused them good hard earned money. So he was forced to make up with his teammates however they deemed necessary.
