The Tree Wizard
Ever heard of the Tree Wizard? No? Well let me warn you before befall the same fate as Antoine. He was cursed just a while bag. I remember it like it was yesterday... *Burps* "Ugh. Tuna sandwiches & beer don't mix..." *Chucks plastic bag & beer can* "Man these woods use to be great, but damn litter bugs turned it crap. As the saying goes, can't beat them. Join them." *opens & chugs another beer* "Carry on my work Thevetia Peruviana..." *coughing up beer* "What the fuck? Who said that? Who's here?" Antoine looked around, but there was no sign of anyone, but he soon heard it again... "Thevetia Peruviana, save the woods."
Without any warning the earth erupted with a wooden statue of an elderly man & a couple of wooden animals carved along with him revealed itself. Antoine was awe struck by the wooden structure & fell over. "What the Hell? I'm not even buzzed enough for this." Suddenly the Owl & fox came to life & quickly they acted upon orders. The owl snatched the beer cans & flew away. The fox hopped on to the hood of the truck. The statue rigidly began to move & speak to Antoine. "You've failed this earth along with many others. Now you will help me keep these plants alive & safe." *spits* "Like Hell I will. I ain't doing Jack shit for you, Woody." The statue groaned at the disobedience of the man. "You will do as I say. You've treated this kingdom like a requiem. Now you will spend the rest of your days bringing back life on to this earth." He didn't care, what the wooden statue said. He refused his punishment... As if he had a choice. Quickly, Antoine hopped back into his truck & began to speed off. The fox tried to prevent him from leaving, but dislodged it hitting a huge dip & leaving it behind.
It was nightfall by the time Antoine got home & felt ill from the whole event. He trashed about taking off his clothes until he was naked, but it still didn't help any. He saw his skin taking on red blotches & figured it was a run in with... Poison Ivy or oak. He tried to ignore it & was quickly reminded of the curse. Was this it? A rash? He scoffed and let it ride out his system, but it did know good. Suddenly he saw a leaf across his leg & plucked it off, but the moment he did...
"Ow. Damn it. That really hurt." He thought it pricked him for a moment, however he saw another green leaf & removed it with a stinging pain. He saw his ow skin pull away from himself as he nabbed the leaves off his own skin.
Both his vision & skin began to change before him with a greenish hue. He didn't understand & to make matters even worse, his body was becoming unrecognizable to himself. His bid was becoming both feminine & plant like. He fought the pain as he pulled & yanked the plant matter off his skin & felt his own manhood utterly gone. He screamed letting his all too new voice out several octaves higher than he had before. "Ahhhhh!" It didn't end there. Certainly not.
*moans* "Gah! What's happening to me. Stop it now! I won't serve the woods. I don't want to. Please!" *moans* his body was finally experiencing the life source of a plant his blood was being replaced with chlorophyll through her new veins. Her breast expanded to reach out for sunlight. "Why does this feel so good. Make it stop."
Finally it had ended. He fought till utter exhaustion. His room was torn apart & covered in a bountiful amount of leaves. Yet the leaves kept growing like weeds recovering him in his new attire. He left the same night and cursed The Tree Wizard. He remained silent as the Owl & fox joined him once again & remained immobilized. The statue began to shrink back into the earth. Antoine or rather Thevetia Peruviana. As that is the only name she could announce herself as was alone guarding the woods from humans who recklessly tarnish the earth beneath their own feet. "I promise. I won't be litter bug again like Antoine. Thank you for your warning." *begins to pack up* "If you ask me though, he got what was coming to him." *raises eyebrow* "Did he now? Then perhaps my warning should be denounced. After all it is lonely out here with no one to talk to or please me, since the Tree Wizard cursed me." *grins evilly* "huh? No! You? Wait please! Don-" *cackles* "Mmm. My don't you look like an Angel- Yes. That's it. You are now Angel, my little silly lilly."
Epilogue
*sighs* "It's certainly peaceful today is it not, Angel Lilly?" "It is Thevetia. What shall we do with these unruly drunkards though?" *sighs* "the earth beneath us could use fresh compost. Hahahah." *cocks flower cannon & giggles* "Tough luck fellas." *Bang*
Those are some striking images you used. I love the contrast of the red hair and green skin. Very appropriate for the time of year also.
